History
BelHard Holding comprises several legal entities (BelHard Group, BelHard Development, BelHard Computers, BelHard Service, European Software Development Center, Expert Center, Center of Educational Technologies BelHard, Newspaper Computer News, etc.) and is known as one of the leaders at the Eastern European software development market. BelHard is a member of the Scientific and Technological Association Infopark http://infopark-association.org/ and a resident of the High Tech Park www.park.by.p.
BelHard takes part in various international conferences dedicated to the problems of IT development, contributes to the development of education in the sphere of IT, and has experience in organizing IT Olympiads and other public events for IT popularization. BelHard, being HP Preferred Partner 2007 in the Republic of Belarus, is a sponsor of Belarusian team at the competitions on economics and management modeling that are carried our annually by Harvard University. Since 1998 our Belarusian team, which was trained at BelHard Training Center, has achieved good results – in 1999 it was the first among 836 teams from 45 countries; in 2000 – the third among 872 teams from 56 countries; etc.p.
At present the company employs more than 1 000 highly experienced IT specialists. Since entering the international market in 1994, BelHard has won the reputation of a stable and reliable partner providing a wide range of high quality products and services.p.
Main Facts
- January 13, 1994 BelHard’s official date of birth. The main sphere of business is selling Hewlett-Packard products on a dealer basis.
- 1995 BelHard becomes an authorized HP distributor in Belarus getting a wider support from Hewlett-Packard. Today BelHard is an official partner of HP in Belarus offering customers not only goods and services but also complex solutions including system integration services.
- 1996 BelHard becomes an official representative of Gerber Technology (CAD and equipment for light industry) and Tadiran Telecom (ATS) and some other world-known companies. BelHard opens its HP service center and establishes the newspaper “Computer News” and a radio station. The Expert Center starts providing an access to electronic databases of legal documents.
- 1998 BelHard enters the international software development market. Now BelHard offers a wide range of software development services.
- 2002 BelHard opens its own training center with courses in computer science, programming, economics and English. The Center is authorized to carry out testing and issue the European Computer Driving Licence (ECDL).
- 2003 BelHard gets a leading position in the domestic market and enters the international software development, testing and web design markets.
- 2005 BelHard launches a new business direction – mobile phone, computer and online application development.
- 2006 BelHards starts publishing the magazine “My Internet”.
- 2007 BelHard enters the High Tech Park and exploits a new direction – system integration. The company starts providing SAP services.
- 2008 BelHard starts developing Internet banking systems using electronic digital signature.
- 2009 Belhard gets into a new stage of encryption system development. The company opens its own laboratory. Belhard signs a partnership agreement with QAI (Quality Assurance Institute).
- 2010 Belhard launches a new project – European Development Centre. EDC is a sort of business incubator, a unique community of software development teams with unlimited options for business growth for any team.
- 2011 BelHard system integration department starts providing external IT audit services. Nowadays we provide turnkey solutions based on HP hardware/software complex.
- 2012 BelHard takes part in various international conferences, including the ICT Proposers Day 2012 in Warsaw.
- 2013 BelHard’s HP Consulting Division in the CIS countries joined Associate Consultant Programme (ACP) from the British Standards Institution (BSI) in the field of Information Security Management System – ISO 27001: 2005 and the Business Continuity Management System – ISO 22301: 2012.
- 2014 BelHard was qualified for official Cisco Premier Partner status, which allows BelHard Group to provide clients with better-developed solutions built on Cisco company’s hardware, software and services.
- 2015 BelHard has become the official partner of Samsung with receiving prestigious Silver status. This kind of status allows the clients of BelHard company to utilize the advantages of the most modern and fresh decisions in the field of software development.
- 2016 Robolab has appeared in the official structure of BelHard corporation. Robolab is a kind of special subdivision which deals with the production of hardware systems, robots, binding junctions and mechanisms. RoboLab provides both the development of hardware systems and the fine-tuning devices to enterprises.

In the world of information technologies the name of Mr. Mamonenko is connected not only with BelHard. Being a founder and a CEO of the company, Mr. Mamonenko is also a member of the Board of Directors of Infopark, a scientific and technological association of software development companies in Belarus.

In 1993, being a research engineer at Belarusian State Technological University, together with Andrei Grigortsevich he set up the company BelHard and has been its general director for about 20 years already. Since then the company’s staff has increased up to more than 1 000 employees and BelHard has turned from a small HP dealer into a stable and constantly growing software development company with its own niche in the market. Nowadays BelHard is a large holding consisting of several legal entities. Under Mr. Mamonenko’s supervision, Belhard has significantly extended its infrastructure and the range of delivered services and products, having preserved in the company strong innovation culture.
Mr. Grigortsevich
Directing the finances in such a big company as BelHard requires all the qualities one could expect— knowledge, loyalty and much hard work. And Mr. Grigortsevich possesses all of them. Being a chief financial officer, Andrei Grigortsevich is responsible for all accounting and financial class=“italic“matters: managing the company’s financial structure, working out the financial strategies of the company’s development, forming and controlling the realization of the company’s capital investments programs; representing the company in various financial institutions, etc.

Behind Mr. Grigortsevich’s back, there’s vast practical experience in the sphere of finance, operation activity, strategic planning, and international investment projects realization. In 1995 Andrei Grigortsevich became a co-founder and a chief financial officer of Belhard, and has made a great contribution to the company’s growth. Thanks to his ideas and the effective work of the whole management team, BelHard has become one of the main players in the sphere of custom software development and outsourcing in Eastern Europe.
