BelHard Became Member of the High Tech Park

On February 13, 2007 another important event happened in the history of the company: BelHard was registered as a resident of the High Tech Park of Belarus.

Entering the Park was a result of serious work on preparing the business plan for the next 5 years and presenting the company’s abilities. The experts of the Park carefully estimated BelHard’s contribution into the further development of the IT industry and into the overall economy of our country. At the presentation Igor Parchynski, one of BelHard managers, convinced the Park’s supervisory board of the great potential of the corporate information system “Evolution”, being developed on the base of Cache Instruments, its competitiveness both at the domestic and foreign markets. The admission to the High Tech Park can be qualified as a positive assessment of the BelHard’s role at the IT market.

But, probably, the best present for BelHard to this event was signing a software outsourcing agreement with the Dutch company Lectrik. The given project will be carried out already in the Park.

The High Tech Park was established under the decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus dated September 22nd, 2005 with the aim of creating favorable conditions for increasing the competitiveness of the economic industries of the Republic of Belarus based on new and high technologies, further improving business and social conditions for developing modern technologies and increasing their export, attracting domestic and foreign investments into that sector”
