Total automation of processes and IT-infrastructure
Today the term “IT-infrastructure” includes not only users’ computers, servers, active networking, but also software used for automation of company’s business-processes, databases etc. so modern term IT-infrastructure includes all the complex of company’s systems and services, networks, software and hardware, automated processes and databases. Thus it is necessary to understand that this complex is not just a kit of services, means and solutions, collected within an enterprise, but an integrated system, that requires purposeful design and correct support and managing of all system’s lifecycles.
On the way to automation it is important to apply organizational methods of optimization of IT-infrastructure. First of all the scheme of IT-infrastructure and IT-managing processes are created – it describes all interactions of IT-staff with business-departments, gathers the data about using the equipment, software, outer services etc. Later on the details of the report of audit will affect the successful search of weak places of IT-infrastructure and opportunities of its optimization.
